Had the best experience at this store with the midnight release of the Switch 2. They got us in quickly and had lots of very friendly staff working the release.

Don't know what they're talking about. Especially with the switch 2.At midnight release they got a ton of people, me included to sign up for the $50 account stating the $450 console would go towards the promo of $20 off for every $150 spent on Nintendo products if you have the membership. So the membership would pay for itself.Well look at number 3. Except you aren't given those rules. You just go off what you're told by the workers. Luckily I cancelled and got my money back.How many people do you think followed up and checked in time for the prorated time to be a full refund?Then I went to return some new controllers because my old ones work pretty well and I go check what they got for the switch 2 and I listen to an employee telling a customer that any SD card will work. Uh... No. It's gotta be an EX. Thankfully the customer knew what he was talking about and stood his ground and was like uh no, the standard TB SD card will not work.I remember when going to best buy meant knowledgeable people.Worst was I returned the joycons 2 by handing over the clear plastic bag. I got home and the next day realized I left the commemorative coin from the midnight release in the bag. It's just gone.Dude this just sucked all around...
